Semi-metallic brake pads
In appearance, there are tiny fiber and particles on the surface of semi-metallic brake pads which could easily distinguish it with Asbestos and NAO formular. Unlike traditional brake pads, semi-metallic brake pad use metallic material to increase its strength. Temperature control ability and hot recession poformance are better than other traditional ones. However, as it contains too much metal, over brake pressure is made which will cause the surface wear between brake disc and brake drum and make noise, especially in low temperature environment.
Low-metallic brake pad
Low-metallic brake pads looks a bit similar to semi-metallic brake pads, both have tiny fiber and particles on the appearance, While the difference is that it contains less metal content than semi-metallic brake pads, this could help to lessen the attrition and reduce the noise. However its using life is not as long as that of semi-metallic brake pads.
Ceramic brake pads
Adopting a new ceramic material with the feature of small density, thermo-resistant and anti-wear, compared with other traditional brake pad formular, ceramic brake pad has the advantage of no noise, no dust, non-corroding to wheel hub, good heat accession performance, long using life and environment protection. It has very strong market competition strength. Especially at Europe, America and Japanese market, Ceramic brake pads are widely accpeted and well received in recent years.
PRODUCTION
OE standard production process and procedure
Individually designed back plates for reduced noise and vibration, increased heat/shear resistance and improved braking security.
TESTING
LINK NVH3900 Automobile brake inertia test-bed provide accurate temperature and humidity control to make extreme test environment, do the noise and performance test according to CFR FMVSS135, SAE, ECE, AK-MASTER, JASO standard and so on, ensure the brake pads quality.
PACKING
Set in caton, sets in box. Could be designed according to customers' request, unless there is special request, products would be packed with our normal packing.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed, goods could be delivered within 30-45 days Since getting the deposit from clients normally. For developing new mold, longer time may be needed.
PAYMENT
We prefer 30%TT. Left 70% should be paid after getting the copy of B/L.
